I have several Chagrin pieces that I would like to upholster to a panel and am not sure what steps to take to ensure good adhesion and prevent shrikage.

We are using two pieces per panel with a seam in the middle. I want to make sure this seam does not open up over time due to shrinking. Is there any prep (soaking?) that needs to happen before gluing to a panel? I saw elsewhere that white glue is a good product to use. Do you agree? Can you give me any direction?

Hi Jason

Sorry I cannot help you on this one but if anybody out there has any info please let us know.
